Mission and Vision

Vision: A vigorous coordinated and synchronized effort across all enterprise systems to ensure a Soldier is physically, mentally, emotionally and medically Ready.
Endstate: Medically fit and Ready Expeditionary Force.

Mission: Coordinate, synchronize and standardize medical and dental readiness processes in support of Army Force Generation operations within the SRMC area of responsibility to ensure provision of healthy and ready forces to commanders and to Conserve Fighting Strength.

Organization

Clinical Readiness

  • Provides trend analysis that assists with individual and unit medical readiness standards for screening, reporting and ensuring compliance with Soldier Readiness Process

  • Monitors the completion and appropriate documentation of health information from the Pre/Post DHA, PDHRA and PHA for deploying and mobilizing units

  • Provides monitoring of and assistance with the determination of a Soldier’s medically not ready status throughout the appropriate Army Force Generation cycle

Operations and Readiness

  • Responsible for the coordination, synchronization and standardization of the medical and dental readiness processes in support of Army Force Generation operations within the SRMC area of responsibility to ensure the provision of healthy and ready forces to commanders and to Conserve Fighting Strength

  • Receives, analyzes and publishes medical and dental readiness directives

  • Executes Reserve Component Force Integration

  • Coordinates Army Force Generation medical and dental readiness training opportunities and provides classified information management for the branch

Support

  • Coordinates with deploying and redeploying units to identify CLVIII shortages, monitor medical reset and facilitate resolutions prior to mobilization

  • Provides and coordinates information management and information technical support for clinical operations and medical logistics systems

  • Coordinates Low Density Refresher Training for deploying 68Js, Medical Logistics Soldiers

  • Assist Severe Weather Response Force (SWRF) tactical units with medical logistics readiness in preparation of a national disaster relief operation
